Jeriel is certified Trainer, Coach and speaker by John C. Maxwell, specialized in leadership, coaching, mentoring and soft-skills development at an individual and organizational level. He has a strong passion to help individual and organization becoming more effective by increasing its leadership and coaching capabilities.
Jeriel is also certified Lumina Practitioner that helps client to understand others, connect with others and influencing others better by using their personality types.
Jeriel facilitates coaching for business owners and senior management team.
He also facilitates in-house training for staff, managers and senior managers of national & multinational company in
Indonesia. His expertise are on area of Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Personal Effectiveness, Mentoring & Coaching. He has served various clients such as Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), Asuransi Central Asia (ACA), Mandom Indonesia Tbk (MID), Jakarta International Container Terminal (JICT), Rotiboy Indonesia, ICBC, Loreal Indonesia, Stanli Trijaya Mandiri, Bali Foam Nusa Megah, Indomobil, ICBC, Jiwa Sraya, BPJS Kesehatan, PTPN X, Pegadaian, BINUS University etc. He served international clients i.e. Young Life International & Opportunity International for speaking & training engagements for their country directors.
Jeriel has solid background in leadership, management, sales & business development. He was assigned as COO of a leading IT and Service Provider in Indonesia at age of 31. He then later on became its director.
He was responsible for all operational aspect of the company including the P&L. Working together with the team, some of their achievements were to double unit business revenue for 2 consequtive years; Receiving various awards for their works with clients such as Telkomsel (2011), Indosat (2009, 2010);
Setting up various procedures in place and growing internal talents. He was also actively involved in the partnership with various leading partners such as Disney Mobile, Nokia Indonesia, Nokia Mobile Phones (Global), Electronic Arts, Yahoo! India & SEA, Samsung, etc.
Jeriel earned his MM degree on General Management from IPMI Business School in in 2005
Paulus Winarto
Paulus Winarto is two record holders from Museum Rekor Indonesia (MURI) for conducting seminar and book launch in the air. He is a well known motivational teacher, trainer, speaker, distinguished lecturer (Universitas Parahyangan Bandung), lecturer on leadership (Sespim POLRI), and author of several best-sellers motivational and self development books such as: First Step to be An Entrepreneur, Reah Your Maximum Potential, The Power of Hope, Melejit di Usia Muda and Starting Your Leadership Journey
He was born in Papua, August 17, 1975. He completed his bachelor degree on Chemical Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan. He then studied leadership through EQUIP – an US based non-profit organization founded by leadership guru
Dr. John C. Maxwell. He is a certified EQUIP leadership trainer, and Certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Speaker.
With his two partners (Sandy Triyasa and Chandra Krisma Winata), Paulus co-founded HOT MINISTRY (House of Talent). Its a non-profit organization focusing on soft-skills training for youth (www.hotministry.org).
Beforehand, Paulus was a journalist, PR , marketing practitioner as well as entrepreneur. For those reasons, Indonesian Marketing Guru – Hermawan Kartajaya – refers him as “manusia kompleks”.
His life motto is ”Hidup Anda akan selalu bermanfaat sepanjang Anda memiliki hubungan erat dengan Sang Maha Kuasa, senantiasa mau berubah ke arah yang lebih baik dan mendapatkan dukungan dari orang yang tepat.”
